Historical load data allows for optimization of mix designs, reducing overdesigns while ensuring job specifications are met, and ensures “concrete” data is available to dispute claims when needed. Real-time concrete property data from the drum ensures fewer rejected loads, less time spent product testing, and more flexibility for reuse of concrete left in the drum.
Sensor data — including slump, temperature, volume, water additions, W/C ratio, drum rotation, and direction for each and every load — goes into the cloud and is readily available in real time to all who need it; at the plant, in the cab, and on the jobsite.
