1. Manual Export
You can export your payment information directly from Command Cloud or Fractal (as xls or csv). This allows you to manually import the data into your accounting software as needed.

2. Automated Integration via API
For a more seamless experience, you can use the Payments API to automatically pass data to your accounting system. We recommend a pattern where your accounting software is notified when a new payment is received. It can then retrieve the full payment details by calling our APIs.

No. Fractal offers a stand alone Easy Pay payment solution for non-cloud customers. However, payments via Command Cloud are fully integrated into your workflows.

2. Company Information
Include:

• Legal Company Name
• EIN / Tax ID
• Company Address
• Date of Establishment

3. Transaction Details
Provide estimated processing volumes and payment types (e.g., credit card, ACH, etc.).

4. Banking Information
Specify the bank account where funds should be deposited.

Once all required information is submitted, approvals are typically completed within 48 hours.
