Jay Shilstone

Jay is the 3rd generation of Shilstone involved in the quality control and testing of concrete. He has been in the industry for over 40 years, with more than 35 years dedicated to concrete quality control software. Jay is now the “Product Owner” for COMMANDqc, which means he interfaces between customers and software developers to implement the features in COMMANDqc that customers need. Jay is a Fellow of ACI and a member of ASTM C09 and the NRMCA RES committee.  Jay has served as instructor for TRAININGDAYS, ELEVATE, and a speaker at industry tradeshows and conferences for over 20 years.  You will be sure to walk away from Jay’s sessions with a new appreciation for what it means to implement a “quality” concrete quality program at your operations.
